Create A LED Sign Board
Learn how to create text that looks like an LED sign board
| 1. In this tutorial, we will learn to create a LED sign board.
2. Create a new file. Set the background to black. Type any text of your choice. I have used Arial Black Font with 60 point size. Text color is not important here as will change it later.
3. Control+Click on the text layer name to select it. Hide the original text layer. Press shift+control+n to create a new layer.
4. Set the foreground color to #FAD402. Select 5 point normal brush type. Open the brush presets. Increase the spacing to 126%.
5. Drag the brush inside the selection to make text.
6. Press control+d to deselect. Unhide the original text layer and apply these settings on it.
7. Text, after applying above layer styles.
8. Select rectangular marquee tool to draw a selection above the text. Create a new layer. Set the foreground to #180070 and background to #0402FB. Select linear gradient to fill the selection.
9. Create another layer. Set the foreground color to #67F9FF and draw a border as shown in the figure.
10. Apply outer glow in it.
11. Our LED Signboard is ready. :)
